There are many resources that people can use to battle the negative effects of this stress and thankfully, many people are looking to find deep stretch yoga and regular yoga classes for that relief. Since 2017, our Decatur yoga studio has been offering specialized deep stretch yoga classes to create a space for our community to target the muscles and tissues that people find they carry stress or tightness on a daily basis. Whether it’s the lower back, shoulders, or weakened posture, deep stretch yoga is a great resource to open up the body and feel your best.
