Arrive 15 minutes prior to class to settle in and fill out any necessary 1st time forms and waivers
Practice on an empty or light stomach to avoid discomfort
Hydrate before and after class (drink water throughout your day!)
Please remove your shoes before entering the yoga studio
Silence all mobile devices prior to start of class
Leave your belongings/cell phones in the cubbies outside of the yoga room
If you must leave class early, let your instructor know before class begins
Please do not wear heavy perfumes or colognes to class
Wear flexible and comfortable clothing to class
No shoes required
Do I have to make a reservation for yoga or the active recovery center?
We recommend that you reserve your spot for yoga class as space is limited in the studio. In order to best serve you, the same is true for your time slot in the active recovery center. However, drop-ins are always welcome if space/time is available!
Can I still participate in yoga if I am injured?
You can still participate, just let your instructor know of your injury prior to class for instruction on available modifications for you. If the injury was recent, please check with your doctor.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
Nope! Membership agreements are month-to-month. You will be billed on the same day of your original purchase each month following. If for any reason you wish to cancel your membership, we kindly ask you give us 14 days notice prior to bill date by email or in person.
What if I am running late to class?
Because we know that finding time for yourself to practice can be challenging, it is our priority to honor and respect our students’ time by starting and ending class on time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class to settle in. The instructor will lock the door at the start of class for safety and security purposes.
